Host Ghost AI compares your listing data with the competitors you enter and, with the help of artificial intelligence, suggests a price and actions to take.

Suggestions are indicative: they rely on the data you enter and the AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee bookings or revenue. Decisions about your prices and listings remain yours.

Host Ghost AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia or any other platform. Their names are trademarks of their owners.

Some features need an account. You must be an adult, use a valid email and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens with your account.

The Free plan lets you try the service with limits (one analysis and one property). Paid plans (Pro and Agency) have the prices and limits shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

For more than 15 properties you can ask for a quote at info@hostghost.app.

• Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Account window, under "Manage subscription". The subscription stays active until the end of the month already paid and then does not renew.
• Except as set out in section 6 or required by law, we do not refund partial periods.
• If we change the price we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the next renewal and you can cancel before it does.

If you are a consumer (you do not use the service for your business or profession) you can withdraw within 14 days of your first purchase, without giving a reason, by writing to info@hostghost.app. We refund you within 14 days using the same payment method. Since you asked to start using the service straight away, we may keep the amount proportional to the period already used.

You may not use the service for illegal activities, try to access other people's accounts or data, overload it with automated requests or resell the reports as a service without our permission. Only enter data you have the right to use.

The reports generated for you are yours: you can use them freely for your properties. The site, the brand and the software remain Host Ghost AI's.

The service is in development (MVP): we do our best to keep it running, but there may be interruptions, errors or changes to features.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost bookings, and our total liability does not exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months. These limits do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence and do not reduce the rights consumers have by law.

You can close your account at any time by writing to info@hostghost.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, notifying you first where possible.

We may update these terms. For important changes we notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance; if you disagree you can cancel.

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live are competent and any more favourable rights under the law of your country still apply.
